This Privacy Policy explains how ("we", "us") handles information when you visit (the "Site"). We built the Site to collect as little as possible: there are no accounts, and your countdown progress never leaves your device.

2. What we collect
Stored only on your device
Your opened daily drops, discovered cheat codes, language, motion preference and cookie choice are saved in your browser's local storage. We never receive this data. You can delete it at any time by clearing your browser's site data.
Analytics (only with your consent)
If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregated traffic: pages viewed, approximate location (country/city), device and browser type, referring site and interactions such as button clicks. IP addresses are anonymized. Google acts as our processor.
Advertising
We may show ads served by Google AdSense. If you allow advertising cookies, Google and its partners may use cookies and device identifiers to show ads based on your interests and to measure performance. If you don't, Google may still show non-personalized ads that use only limited, cookieless signals for fraud prevention and frequency capping. Learn more at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Affiliate links
Some links to retailers (for example Amazon) are affiliate links. When you click one, the retailer may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase to us. We don't receive your personal or payment information — only aggregated commission reports.
Email list (only if you subscribe)
If you sign up for launch-day alerts, we store your email address with our email provider solely to send those emails. Every email contains an unsubscribe link.
Server logs
Our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, user agent and request time to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. These logs are kept for a short period.
3. Legal bases (EEA / UK)
- Consent — analytics, personalized advertising and the email list (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests — operating, securing and improving the Site, non-personalized ads and server logs (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Who we share data with
We don't sell your personal information for money. We work with these service providers, each under its own privacy terms:

Some providers are located outside your country, including in the United States. Where required, transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. Your choices under US state privacy laws
Residents of California and other states with privacy laws (such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas and others) have the right to know, access, correct and delete personal information and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising and of targeted advertising.

We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if your browser sends it, personalized advertising is turned off automatically. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16.
6. Your rights (EEA / UK)
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restrict or object to processing, and request data portability. You can also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority — in Slovakia, the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov Slovenskej republiky, dataprotection.gov.sk). Because most data stays on your device or with Google under your consent, the quickest way to exercise your rights is often to change your cookie settings or clear your browser data. Otherwise, email us and we'll respond within 30 days.
7. How long we keep data
- Local storage on your device — until you clear it.
- Google Analytics — up to 14 months.
- Email address — until you unsubscribe.
- Server logs — typically up to 30 days.
8. Children
GTA VI is a mature-rated game and this Site is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EEA). We don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Security
The Site is served over HTTPS and stores no passwords or payment data. No method of transmission is 100% secure, but we keep the amount of data we handle to a minimum.
10. Changes
We may update this policy as the Site evolves (for example, when we add languages or features). We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, show a notice on the Site.
